I recently got an offer at PWC making SIGNIFICANTLY more than what I currently make. I also have been interviewing at GT and the recruiter said they are working on an official offer there. Both roles have pros and cons, and I would want to see what GT offers before making a decision, but I feel as if GT will not be able to match what PWC is offering and for me. Is there ever a time when a company just straight up can’t match what competitors are offering?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit).
