I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.

15’ traditional fit interview. 45’ minutes case interview. For the first part, be genuine, be yourself. Tell us why you genuinely think you will add something to Kearney and your true inspirations for this job. For the second part, you will surely need to ace the case (business acumen + calculations). But more than that, you will need to be different, we see a lot of candidates that all easily solve the case. You will need to show your particularity by your singular approach to things, the contextualization of the case (region, economics, etc..) , the details of your explanations and the bigger picture impacts that you would expect on the client. Are the cases pretty generic or focus on public sector cases?

For the behavioral part, look into the STAR method of answering. We don’t just want to understand what you did, but what you learned from the experience, whether the outcome was good or bad, an opportunity to learn is always positive.
For the case, don’t try to horseshoe a standard framework, really listen to the issue and build your framework to solve the case based on it. It is really obvious when someone is just picking from a catalogue instead of listening to the interviewer and tailoring their approach.
