Hi Accenture folks, I wanted to know how many years does it take for a level 10 employee to get promoted to level 9. Is it the no. of years as level 10 or the overall YOE thats is used to decide the promotion. Other than these two factors I am sure even performance plays an imp role in promotion? I am asking this because accenture has offered me level 10 and my YOE is 2.4 years. So for a person like me to get promoted to level 9, what are the factors they will consider? Accenture

Working for a big insurance provider and currently at a grade 6 individual contributor role and want to get a grade 8 manager role. Managers make 40% more than my current salary on average. Is it crazy to think I would get offered that because it’s a senior position? I know 10% is a promotion raise at the company but that wouldn’t make sense jumping up 2 levels. Thoughts?

My therapist just told me I'm depressed..do you ever feel like they tell you things you hear a lot or could have figured out on your own? Like take care of yourself, it's ok to feel such and such, etc. I'm still newer to therapy so wondering if that's the common experience? Do you ever have moments where you're like wow that actually is eye opening and I wouldn't have gotten that from reading self help books and websites etc?

My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation? Really struggling at work:
I’m in that awkward stage between a PM and Senior PM and the expectation from me is to be proactive, strategic and work independently. I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.
