I am reminded of my weakness and greedy ambition, amongst other sins that take my mind away from Christ. This song proclaims "look at Him" multiple times, a great reminder to simply keep my eyes on Christ. Have a great week!

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?

My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?

I need advice. I'm a non-denominational, pretty moderate Christian. My parents are loving people, but also very evangelical and Trump-endorsing. It's a struggle dealing with their black / white views.
