How is the relocation policy in Barclays? I will be joining Barclays Pune in April and will relocate from another city with my wife. HR told they will give hotel accommodation for 15 days but she is not sure of the fooding part. Is 3 time meals included in that 15 days stay? Will they give relocation support for furniture and household items? If yes what is the process of claiming it.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? If so, were you able to negotiate a percentage of the consulting fee? Or was it a bump in salary during the project?

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.
