Hi all. I am getting an offer from one of the big bank of London . The TC offered is £69000 , the base salary is 63000 and the rest is pension fund.
My current CTC in India is Rs 23 lakh per annum.
Is it a good salary for a couple considering the current market scenario of UK? Is it a wise decision to move? My current company is also an equally big company.

I recently quit my job. My VP was a narcissist and never really looked out for my upward progression even though he said he was my sponsor.
