I didn't see any growth in the department. Despite of me being the youngest on the team. It was getting very toxic and taking a toll on my mental health. I have graduated with my MPH in May 2023. Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay.
