I cleared 2 rounds with Accenture and yesterday had a HR discussion where CTC, perks and all were discussed and I asked her okay give me 1 day's of time I will confirm. Before that I got an email for documentation also which I completed.

Today I'm calling HR for confirmation but HR is not responding, is it normal?

On workday it's showing interviews completed and document collection task completed.

Can someone tell me how much time it takes for an official offer letter to be released after a salary negotiation interview in MS?

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

I have an offer from Deloitte USI for Assistant Manager role.
In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10.
