I had applied to a few positions within Salesforce 2 weeks ago. When I now go into my account, it shows ‘under consideration’ but the job links have become inactive which makes me think that the positions have most likely been closed/filled. No recruiter has reached out to me. I have seen that typically when they go ahead with a different candidate, they send out an automated email and the status changes to ‘no longer in consideration’. In this case though what is going on any idea?

Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?
How bad is it if I refuse to accept the offer? Will I be banned from working with that headhunting firm?

If I am thinking about transferring from audit to FDD, is it worth it to apply and interview with another one of the big 4 as well? Mostly worried that I would come in as an internal transfer at ey and get low balled since I am not external.

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

Any interview tips for Project Manager roles in software development? I was moved to this role about 2 years ago and soon looking to jump to another company, but unsure of what to focus on talking about. I’ve tested the waters and the feedback from one interviewer who was generous enough to provide it was that I made myself sound like a technologist rather than a PM because I was too focused on the product and it’s details instead of the project management details.

I have got confirmation from CBA that I am selected and all the documents are submitted. On the website, my application status is showing as an offer. When can I expect the release of an offer letter. HR told me 3 days back he will be sending it by the EOD or next day but he is not responding after that..
