I have 2+ YOE and have been working in data science since the past 2 years. I have worked on classical ML models, Deep Learning and LLM. My current ctc is 18 LPA. I am looking for a change now. Please help me out on how to skill up and prepare for interviews. Also, if you have any idea of the companies that are willing to take a 2+ yoe for DS, that would be really helpful.

Pro’s

1. Yearly hike starting from 10%. ( 1st year hike could be around 6%)
2. Work life balance
3. Large pool of paid leaves ( Around 44 days of paid leave)

Cons :

1. Business travels are mostly for management peoples
2. No benefits out of CTC like free food , free cab
3. No gifts for any festivals
4. Leaves cant be encashed and only 7 will get carry forward
