I have been shortlisted for Senior Associate role into HR Function. I have completed my 1st round of interview with Senior Manager and later within 3 working days I was moved to the next round of interview with Senior Director. It's been close to 4 working days now , I have not heard from the recruiter. I tried reaching but there is no response. Workday still shows under review status. Does it mean , I am still yet to hear?

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day.
