YOE: 8+ ,CCTC:19 lpa ,skillset: java fullstack with angular and cloud.
TCS:27 lpa (including variable ,
Societe Generale:28 lpa (fixed but pf and gratuity is more)
EPAM : 31 lpa(fixed)
Sii india :32 lpa
Few others are in pipeline like hitachi,deloitte,genpact,NTT data (one round of interviews done and selected but not sure if they will match the highest package i have)
please tell me WLB and culture wise which one i should choose?

Is it true that front end developers get paid less than backend/full stack developers?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. Phone addiction. I truly feel like I have one now and I hate it. Is anyone feeling the same or possibly improved your phone addition? I am constantly on my phone and my usage is averaging 5.5 hours per day. I wake up to my phone and it's the last thing I see before bed. On it between meetings and any moment that I don't have to be focused. I will say that my phone doesn't get touched when I'm with people. Almost at all. It is a cycle of insta, snap, and FB. With LinkedIn and this in between.

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?

I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.
