I joined a company 3 months ago (my first job switch), and now i feel i deserve more and also i am getting calls for new opportunities.

Also, new company is paying more, i feel why not go and do the same work there with more pay!

It's just different workplace with more pay!

I am not sure, i am right on this thought

Will shifting company in 3 months a bad things to my career?

I am scared whether it'll affect me in my next switch or next work place

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
