I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. What are the best imputation techniques to replace missing data without introducing too much bias in a model?

Reading through some possible interview questions for FAANG. One of the ones I've seen on Glassdoor are to design a basic architecture structure for something like Netflix or Twitter or Spotify. I've been researching online using AWS or GCP (still learning all the moving parts of architecture). Any advice on how the setup would be? I'm assuming you'd start with some Load Balancers. For Netflix maybe have different different APIs for signing up vs scrolling through possible movies?
