I recently had a sudden injury in my right hand. As per the doctor’s advice, it will take around three weeks to recover. Due to this, I currently have very limited flexibility to work normally.

I’ve joined IBM a couple of months ago and am presently allocated to a project. Could you please guide me on what options are available in IBM for such medical situations — for example, short-term medical leave or any flexible work arrangements?

How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

Is there a special title at your company for a Project Manager that works on product development and not an IT project manager?

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
