I was interviewed by LTM, Cognizant, Tcs, Infosys and T-mobile till now . For LTM and Cognizant, T-mobile I was selected for Hr interview but till now i didn't received any response from HR, I was continuously following up with HR but no one is picking up.

Any have solution to overcome this, I just need an offer in hand to resign.

Do you guys see ppl moving from a product strategy roles to product manager roles? I’m getting dinged in interviews because I haven’t seen a product through end to end implementation, I primarily work on the early stages and then hand off. I’ve been trying to shadow and volunteer on implementation side...any other tips? Background is 2.5 years in product strategy, 2 years corporate strategy, 3 years in marketing.
