Years of experience required for grade 9 in NTT data and what will be the expectations

So I’ve been studying for the AWS cloud practitioner certification for a month now and completed all cloud quest levels but still not feeling 100% confident. Has anyone tried the exam question dumps ? There are so many websites but not sure which one is the most reliable one as all of them you would have to purchase such as pass-guaranteed, certwizard, etc.. any recommendations is greatly appreciated

Hello All, I’m a project manager but seeking to pivot into UX Research. I do have some experience but don’t have a portfolio yet. Can anyone advise if I should focus on going through a bootcamp or focus on getting a Masters in HCI? Or just building a portfolio with the experience I do have? I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? For context, it’s a professional services firm, I’ve been there 3+years, and they gave a Sales Executive title to someone who just started 5mo ago.

Entering my 2nd year as a medical malpractice (insurance) defense litigator. My billables are 2200 per year, even during WFH and COVID while the courts are moving very slowly. Any advice as to what I should look into for an exit? I can’t hit those billables while maintaining my sanity.
