Hi all! I'm a Salesforce Dev with only 2 years of exp looking for advice on how to increase skillset to maximize my growth and hirebility moving forward. Any advice? I see CPQ is very in demand, what other skills should I focus on gaining to stay competative and ensure longevity.

I would get the Platform Dev 2 and JavaScript Dev 1 certs. Those would help grow your advanced Apex skills and custom UI development skills while studying for the exams. LWC vs Aura is being pushed, so JS skills are needed and in demand. We have Java devs struggling with JavaScript in my firm.

Hi everyone,

Not long ago I obtained bachelors and in the interim I have been working at Morgan Stanley. I started thinking about next steps for my education and initial thought was to just go straight to MBA but then I started hearing about people with BS in Business and Masters in different areas not that closely related. Is it even possible to to do for instance masters in law if I only have bs in business or for example masters in something related to renewable energy or so?

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.
