Chase the money. You’re young. 25% lateral move means your currently underpaid. You’ll eventually price yourself out of your position because you cost so much.
Can you please clarify your question
I would take the money. You could stay in the role doing the work you love and never be promoted or get promoted still making less than that 25% increase. Yes you would build a new network but that's an expansion which is good. The only thing to check is company culture ...is it good or bad because you don't want to waste your time going somewhere that you will leave. Good luck!

As long as the firm isn’t actually Accenture, take it.
whats actually wrong with accenture lol
Up to you.
At your age, I would take the bump. If it is with a firm like ACN, you’re not downgrading per se. They are on par with B4.
Just weigh your options
