Im interviewing for a job at KPMG forensic accounting dept. For a Sr Consultant role. I have 4.5YOE. im in Toronto

I was making 85K at my previous firm but was grossly underpaid. Im thinking of asking for 110K.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thursday I received mail from HR of JP morgan regarding my availability for the interview. I replied to mail stating I am available for interview on Monday 22th August 10 am till the end of week. I haven't received any response from HR. I am little worried have they cancelled my candidature?. Please share your thoughts on this.

I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. For doing all this they have not even clearly offered me a promotion, raise or a change in position. What should I do?
