Despite months of pushing for answers, I haven't received any updates. Last week, I received less-than-ideal test results, so our window for action just got smaller. Feeling very much lost and alone on what to do. Should I keep pushing or look elsewhere for benefits?

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Any WFM nurses out there? Better work-life balance??

My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. She read or saw somewhere that it interferes with pacers. I looked it up and it's not a legit concern, but wanted more opinions before I advise.

Anyone else struggle with discipline?

I know what my goals are. I know that I need to work out and eat healthy to achieve them. But somehow I still choose to be a couch potato on my free time.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. I’ve never shared with anyone that I have this problem, until I found this message board. I have so much anxiety that I won’t be able to get this under control. I feel isolated and sad.

The lack of appropriate PPE affected my health in other ways. I have a latex sensitivity and we ran out of Nitrile gloves. For awhile I had to take an antihistamine to keep from having full on hives.

Sad post, in need of some support **** my partner and i tried for 1 year to conceive naturally, only to have a miscarriage and start our IVF journey. 1 year into that - we had 5 healthy PGT-A and PGT-M tested embryos and were hopeful to implant. I’m getting really discouraged by the process of finding a daycare. Currently 32w pregnant and it’s crazy to me that literally no daycare I’ve spoken to can speak to availabilities in the Spring.
