The new holding company doesn't cover our old fertility treatments at the moment, which I had planned to use due to past pregnancy issues. Despite months of pushing for answers, I haven't received any updates. Last week, I received less-than-ideal test results, so our window for action just got smaller. Feeling very much lost and alone on what to do. Should I keep pushing or look elsewhere for benefits?

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

Also just got married/had a wild bachelor party/overspent on honeymoon, which led to me having about the same amount in high interest credit card debt. So, my question is, should I use my old 401K amount to just pay off my debt, taking the 10% hit in penalties, or should I roll it over to my new employers 401K?
