Quite a few consultancies I know of don't have much travel involved, so if you're still fine with spreadsheets and slide decks you can check those out. Ask at the interview how much travelling to client sites, etc. would be involved.
I work in renewables/ESG consulting, exit ops are pretty good. Lots of big companies have a sustainability/climate team nowadays; my work colleagues have gone to places like ANZ or Telstra. If you've got specialist experience you could go to power developers of all sizes - little teams building a couple batteries or one of the Big 3 gentailers. But it might be hard for junior people like us to exit, though, and anyway, I haven't gotten tired of consulting yet.
