Hey everyone, would 12/23 afternoon not a bad time for holiday travels? Booking for a flight for my parents from overseas to LAX ,trying to avoid crazy busy afternoon.

Ladies, how do you take care of yourself when you fly? Specifically as it relates to skin care and bloating. My body is super temperamental so when I travel anywhere, my face breaks out like crazy, including painful cysts. My whole body swells up with about 10lbs of bloat. As a result, I just feel miserable the whole time and when I get home. I drink water but is there anything I can do to prevent these things?

Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

How bad is it when your managing partner has to send out missives (yes, plural) about your deployment?

Is it easy or at least possible to move from federal consulting to commercial?

I think I have PTSD from a past project. Thinking about it instantly makes my heart rate go up and anything related to the deliverables or team interactions from that work makes me really nervous.
