Wasn't sure if I should post this in Federal, but just got hired to GPS. I received a interim clearance for a public trust. My biggest concern is that I was fired from my first job after college. I was actually very shocked that I got the interim without any questioning.

My question is what does D do if you can't get a trust? Do they fire you?I want to know because I am starting to consider to move, but don't want to move to DC and not have a job...

I absolutely hate my job and would like to resign ASAP but my bond period is until Feb 2023 but they are already having a qualifying exam which I won't clear and will get fired anyways in Jan 2023...but they are refusing to let me go without paying bond money.. Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?
