Hi all! What’s the real real with Deutsch LA ? Company culture? Work life balance? Career growth? Mgmt expectations?

I started a new job just 7 weeks ago, but an opportunity for a dream job just suddenly and unexpectedly fell into my lap! It’s a lot more money, more aligned with my career goals, and will have better work life balance. I’d be an idiot to not take this great new opportunity! That being said… I’m going to feel bad leaving this new job so soon. I’m sure they’ll be disappointed and maybe even angry… is there any way to NOT burn bridges on my way out of this current job?

I have got an offer for TL, client support. What is the difference between Sr TL and TL? I was hoping for the position of TL with 7 years of experience.

I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k).
