Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

I don’t have any specifics on the Financial Sponsors Group or private bank. I’ve worked at JPM for over 20 years, with tenure in 3 lines of business.
Overall, you’ll find really genuine, nice, people who are some of the best in the business. Of course, like anywhere else - there will be a few bad apples.
WFH in most groups is 3 days in-office and 2 days at-home. It’s pretty strictly monitored now because a small percentage of people didn’t follow the rules of the 3/2 rotation when it started. Managing Directors are expected in office 100%.
Culture-wise we are proud (some would say arrogant) to be at JPM. It’s a great company with a CEO and Operating Committee that can navigate the firm through the entire economic cycle. I wouldn’t want to be at any other financial institution during a recession.
Best of luck!
No insight to that group, but WFH all across the bank is heavily managed. Cant work both monday and friday at home…one of those 2 days must be in office. Depending on the department you all many need to work the same in office schedule.
Are you all happy with comp? Seems competitive in that dept
I am very happy with my comp. I get about 100k in bonus and 220 base.
What department?
