What would be the top end salary for this role for a candidate with 5 YOE? And i also want to know the type of work they have for software engineering teams. I know ZS is not a typical IT firm with focus on technology only, but domain expertise also plays a big role for someone working software quality field.

Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. I have an offer of CTC-22 (20fixed+ 2bonus)
My CCTC is 15.5(13.5fixed)

My NP is about to end.
I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

Plz tell if 22 is fair amount or below avg for 4+ yr exp in analytics domain.
