Currently in infosys. Need advice on early release. I’m on a 90-day notice but got a startup offer with ~100% hike, and they want me in 50–60 days.

I informed my manager about my parents’ health—I'm the only one managing things at home. Manager asked me to speak with SPM; he told me to rethink and asked about backup.

I resigned & mailed SPM (manager in cc), explained everything, and politely offered giving 30 days for KT/handover.

Will they release me early? Any suggestions?

My new agency’s healthcare plan only has ONE physician in NYC listed as in-network... is a plan this limited the norm?!

Hello! I noticed some similar questions to the one I am about to ask and I apologize if I am being repetitive but I didn’t see this specifically (I am new so sorry if I am missing it). I am a RN and have been for 15 years. I was looking to transition into health tech but has been a bit more challenging than I expected. I just spoke with a software architect that went back to school to learn software engineering after law school because it was more lucrative and had less hours. He’s worked his way up and has the skills and authority to work 6:30am-10am and gets to work remotely. We discussed that results/outputs is better than billable time like in law and public accounting. Yet, his parents and others would view him as “lazy” but he does his job and makes a fantastic living. Time>Money and Results>Hours

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Don’t wait/waste your time for positive replies from employers continue your hunting in market.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
