I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
