I completed 4 rounds including the managerial round with Siemens for a Testing/QA position. It’s been around 2 weeks since the last discussion and I haven’t heard back yet.

Is this timeline normal? Should I wait longer or consider it as a silent rejection?

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
