Yes can you front load other work so that you can sleep really early the night before and prep in advance?
It's hard during Ramadan without caffeine so you need to pay close attention to your diet intake especially the night before.
I recommend complex carbs the night before, and if you can stay awake for suhoor until trial then you can capitalize on that caffeine intake with easier to digest carbs and protein and electrolytes instead of water.
Go easy on the salt the night before. Always makes me feel more tired.
If you know your sleep cycle and want to sleep after suhoor time it right. (Otherwise don't do it - stay awake lol)
Cold water in the morning, do a fun task to wake your brain up, maybe a brisk walk.
And good luck!! You got this!!
I have no advice but know it can be difficult. Doing our best is the best we can try for.
Thank you!! I know I am not going to put too much pressure on myself on crazy busy days but I feel that if I’m going to be an attorney until I’m 60 I should probably figure it out 😂
Well here we are. Ramadan Mubarak to anyone listening 😁
Ramadan Kareem!! ✨
Thank you so much for your insight! I will try these.
So hard not to crawl back into bed but it seems like staying up after suhoor is the way to go. I have tried reversing my work schedule to work in the evenings and I am just too sleepy after iftar lol
Hope your trial prep going well or even better…postponed!!
