I will be joining Infosys as lateral in February. During HR discussion I asked for WFH option but HR told me as we are opening office in coming month so you have to report to the office. Is there any chance if I can get WFH option.. should I request HR again few days before my joining?

I was just offered a sales consultant role at a spirit’s distributor 65K with potential to make 75K if I meet goals etc. My dream job @ Red Bull, Similar role but way more fun around the same range of $$ possibly slightly more ..am still waiting to hear if I made it to the final round. Hi Guys. I have 07 years of experience now out of which 02 years is with consulting. I have not got any raise since I have joined and current CTC is 8LPA. I feel demotivated as I am not paid as per market trend. Recently got put on PIP.
