And now I want to take a data analytics internship to get more experience, however every company only accepts when you are full time student or need to be return school after the internship. Can anyone help me please?

Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours? I am in my first full year on track for pretty low hours (~1500) but the actual realized fees (after writedowns) are still double my yearly salary. Is it because firms know they could replace someone like me with an equivalent attorney who would bill more?
