Hi all, so I got an offer from TCS last week with 2L of joining bonus. The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. I got an offer in Singapore for 4k SGD per month. I have 3.4 years of experience in IT Audit and also did masters in specialization with Information Security and hold two certs. I currently earn approx 12 L per annum ( fixed + bonus) in India. Do you think it's a good offer. Also my expectations were 6k SGD or more per month. But the HR said I would never be able to find that in the market.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

Hi Fieshes, i don’t want to leave development but the job roles I’m getting now after i resigned are the business analyst roles and not the data science ones as i thought of them to be. . So will i be able to get to data science after these business analyst roles. Does business analytics include the data science and development. Or should i look for better opportunities.
