What’s the policy of promotion B1 to B2 in Wipro like when we’ll ask the manager so it can happen in any quarter or in last/once in the year only?
Suppose if someone is not promoted in January so can s/he ask for promotion in next quarter or need to wait for next year?

Ok! What would be the manager promotion increase and bonus this year for a National firm in the northeast region?? Any guesses?!

Is it common for HR to lie about a promotion or transfer to get you to stay through busy season?

Getting the growing suspicion that I was led on. Thinking of burning some bridges if that is the case.

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.

Current TC 103K [88/15], offer 125k base [+discretionary bonus].

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.
