Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? I’m struggling to find a full time job right now. I have 16 months of internship experience at a Big4, a 4 month internship at a well known bank and a 12 month internship at a boutique consulting firm.
