I switched from my first company in 2 years and it's been 4 months in current company.

Now got a call from another company with very good profile and good hike in salary.

Just wanted to know if I should take a chance or deny them for interview.

FYI, I am not looking for a change myself at all, just that they reached out to me with a great role.

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

What is the salary range for Salesforce Developer in Salesforce having 2.3 years of experience?

Hi.. I got an offer from Infosys. I have an experience of 5 years 9 months and my current CTC is 11 LPA. They have offered Senior Associate Consultant role with 13 LPA. I’m not sure how the hierarchy works here. Did they offer good designation or do I need to negotiate for a better role?
