I have accepted a job offer and expect to start in two weeks. The new role is lateral in title. I requested multiple times for higher title as the job posting open to both AD and D level, but the company refused to offer at D level. I accepted the job anyway for expanding responsibilities.
While I am waiting for my start day, another company reached out and offers me a D role for same responsibility.
What should I do as I don't want to burn bridge, but I do want career progression. any advice?

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I just did a week long internship at MBB to check out consulting, which I loved but ultimately will not be accepting my offer for life considerations (my wife also works at MBB and we have young children). It was amazing getting a sense of what the work actually comprises.

I have received salary break up from a prod base cmpy. Once I acknowledge to it, they will release the offer. Actually they are in impression that I was an immediate joiner, but today on HR call , I have convinced the HR that I can join within 30-45 days and she agreed on it. So my question here is - what strong or valid reason I can put in front of my current organization so that they can release me within 45 days.
