I am really pressed and demotivated after my rejection.I made sure to be prepared in SQL and I wish to be interviewed in TIAA again. Will they consider my profile again?

First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer.
