I had two rounds of interviews at Deloitte and received a positive response. HR called me and asked me a few basic questions and salary expectations. Later he said he shall send it for approval and asked if I can join next week. I said yes. Shared docs after 2nd round

Now suddenly they scheduled the 3rd round again in the technical round and it did not go well acc to me.

Not sure what is the interview process they follow.Deloitte India please advise if the same happened with anyone else?

Iqvia HR has shared the offer letter over email which consists the salary breakup and a confidential document.
Should i still wait for the workday portal offer letter before start having a discussion with my current manager about resignation?

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer.
