I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.

Does anyone else have problems with people from other disciplines just flat out rewriting strategy slides in decks? Any tips on how to get the behavior to stop? In internal checkins everyone always seems on board, but afterward they will just go in and completely change the slides without consulting me. I love feedback, but I've never experienced this before and rewriting slides without my input feels like a major line being crossed. Unless I'm just crazy? I truly don't know any more.

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
