I have a total of 5 years of experience in IT industry(Backend Java) with 1.8 months experience in Accenture. My current pay scale is 14 LPA fixed.. How is this when compared to market standards?

HCl tech takes how many days to release offer letter after approving asked CTC?
Also do they change base location post offer letter release?
My HR said first take offer letter and then request for location cahnge.
Pls guide.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I was given a promotion 6mos ago & told that the position was a lateral move & a raise would be given at my 6 month mark. Throughout my time at time at this company I’ve realized that they call people in to give their raise on the exact date of milestones (i.e: 6 mos, 1yr, & so on). It’s now been one week since my 6 months in this new position. I’d like to reach out to my boss and set up a meeting to review my work & discuss a raise. 2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.

Can someone very simply explain to me the formulas for cross tab and transpose pertaining to the amount of records in the output. For example the append tool is RECORDS x RECORDS since it’s a Cartesian join.
