Joining BNP Paribas for role of Senior BA in bangalore, is the Bangalore office new? How many employees are there? How is company culture? Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.
