I want to know if I'm getting lowballed here for the L5 role.

Also I wanna know would it be wise to join Amazon AWS considering all this feedback on reddit.

Also should I get retained if I'm being offered to?

How hard is it to pivot to a BDR/SDR role as a tech consultant from a boutique firm with 1-yr experience? I don’t have previous sales experience, except for my time at a call center which lasted for two months until covid hit. What should I be doing now to bridge this knowledge gap? How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

Guys I am getting 18lpa+2 Jb ....but I am thinking of taking fidelity offer for 23.5 and grade 5.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.
