I have successfully cleared the Skill 1 and Skill 2 interview rounds and was now expecting that the next would be the HR round.
I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.
Skill 1: Pure Technical
Skill 2: Semi Technical + Managerial

What you I be expecting in this third round?

Dealing with some shit. Started a new job remotely (I’ll be moving there in Jan). First few weeks great. Now about 5 weeks in I’m getting feedback from my CD like “this isn’t where it needs to be” “we need you to push this” also snarky emails about my attempts at fixing the problem. It’s not hurt feelings so much (although tbh I am a little wounded) but how do I prevent this from turning into a downward spiral?
