I need some suggestions from you all. I have been offered a remote role today at an IPO bound startup(Motive) however,
I joined Flipkart yesterday after relocating to Bangalore. The new offer is financially ahead slightly against my existing offer.

However, I want to know what should I do now.

1. Stay with Flipkart and continue it the way it is?
2. Consider Motive. I am not really sure how would I have that 'weird' conversation with my HM and HR.
3. Any other alternative?

First day as scrum master and for a new team, any tips? I’m not used to gathering a team that’s 100% remote and am trying to figure out creative ways to get the team engaged.

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?

The combination of the 'W','X','Y' and 'Z' codes identity a specific trend
I am extracting data which includes multiple combinations of these codes. What is the best way to show frequency of the codes against the category it is assigned to
