If you are looking to get into the financial side of things you can try targeting KPMG or EY. They have infrastructure advisory groups that focus on P3s and financing related to infrastructure projects. Other option is to target Big4s for Capital Projects Consulting. This may be less financial related but more on Large scale program management, technology selection and implementation, analytics, etc. Alternatively, you can look at Engineering consulting firms like Aecom, Etc. My suggestion would be to network with folks from different firms to understand the work and your fit so you can decide accordingly.

Hi all,

Please suggest.
I've 3 yoe in techno-functional domain.
I wish to go into technical (development) profile now, but not as a fresher. I want to continue with 3 yoe.
But the issue is, I have no (dev) project to show in interview as an 3 yoe person.

I've learned Java, springboot, restfulAPIs, kafka, but still hesitant to go for interviews as I do not have projects to discuss.

I shall be very thankful to you if you help me here.
How/where can i go to make projects now to justify 3yoe?

I plan to another 6-8 months in preparation and upskilling myself before I even apply.
Any help and guidance is appreciated! Thanks :)
