Hi fishes, I’m currently an analyst in the bizops team in the digital advertising arm of one of the e-commerce giants (think Amazon, Walmart, etc). I recently received an offer from DoorDash in their strategy & operations team and was wondering if I could get some advice from the community on whether or not the move would be worth it. In terms of the comp package, I’m quite happy with what they offered.

In the last five years or so they've put a lot more effort into caring for their employees. It's not a bad place to work for if you have a good comp package. Obviously a good time in the company...

If it's more and you need a change, DoorDash is a fine company to try out at this point in time. It's not going to be as good as say Google, but it'll be more enjoyable than Amazon and is worth betting on rn in my opinion.

Hey all,
Im looking to pivot my career from industrial design to product design or product management.
At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical. Did anybody else make a similar career switch? Any advice for switching to product is welcome. Thanks!

For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
