Im currently trying to transition my career as a front end developer to a Ux designer, is it the right time to look out for the job considering I have no prior experience , i do have a few personal projects to showcase in my portfolio.
But knowing that the market is down and not much opportunities out there i was a bit concerned if transition would be worth or not

Has anyone here gone from PM to Resource Management or vice versa? There seem to be a lot of resource management jobs out there, but they seem more monotonous than managing projects. What is the career trajectory for a RM?

Anyone have experience in raising capital out of the Middle East (Jordan, Kuwait, SA)? Any experience in delivering solutions in that area? I am trying to figure out if a pursuit in that area is to much of a risk. Any insight is appreciated.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

Hi! I'm currently doing a part time remote Job for an American company as a graphic designer. I'm still in college and am planning to hold this job for atleast 2 years till my graduation. I wanted to know if a part time job counts as a valid YOE or will it be seen to be less than a full time job? Also, what else can I do in the next 2 years to maximize my chances of getting a good offer after my graduation? (My degree is related to fine art and we have no campus placements)
