Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.

If you are OK to compromise on the salary a bit, there are opportunities. But I would still suggest stick to your current role and then try switching your career maybe after 6 months when the market is back to normal, till then work on adding more to your portfolio
Don't transition, there are enough ux designers in the market who have done a 4 years design bachelors and 2 years masters, some have done alot of courses and certifications and invested time and money into it.
With some personal projects and half the salary expectations you're ruining the market for them, if hundreds of people like you come in and do substandard work in half the salary it will only ruin the market for us.
Stay in your lane, become a better frontend developer, ux design is not just learning a tool it has alot to it.
Thanks for your opinion but its my choice!
I wouldn't suggest you to switch. But a developer who understands design well is hard to come by. Keep learning UX design on the side, it'll really take you places.
Why not learn design and product thinking and try building a few products by yourself?! 😉
