In my contract, it’s mentioned that if I leave before 3 years, then I would have to return back the 5 lakh joining bonus. There is another clause which mentions if they send me abroad for training and if I leave within a year after that, then I would have to pay an additional 3 lakh. Is the 2 week onsite visit to France considered as training? Will I have to pay back 5+3 lakhs if I leave? Thanks in advance.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
